    Issue 95 – Out Jan 2022

Happy festive season, happy new year and all that too.

Issue 95 of Lights Go Out is back from the printers already, yeah we’ve worked hard to make sure we don’t have any festive delays and that the zine will be out as planned in January 2022.  issue 95 features the awesome Bambies – a cracking Canadian punk rock band.  The Downstrokes also feature, a sweet garage rock band from Maryland.  Marv is back once again with “Gadgie @ The Flicks” and this time talks “Somewhere“.  Then we have columns from John D (who has gone above and beyond this issue), Devin and Mr. T.  Add in a few music reviews and once again you have twenty packed pages of music zine goodness, well we like to think so anyways.

If you fancy a copy to read, you can grab one from our store here: https://www.lightsgoout.co.uk/?product=lights-go-out-issue-95

Issue 96 is well underway as well.  Issue 97 is also in the works as we’ll be making that issue (March) a movie issue (sorry to those who aren’t fussed by the movie issues, but things have fallen into place for this – also gives us a break from chasing up interviews, which is cool).

As ever, cheers to everyone for supporting Lights Go Out – will we make it to 100 issues?

    Issue 94 – Out Tomorrow!

Hello once again!  It’s December tomorrow, so that means it’s time for a new issue of Lights Go Out!

Issue 94 features a chat with the amazing Diesel Park West, a wonderful band.  Also a chat with The Setbacks.  Marv is back as ever with “Gadgie At The Flicks” and talks about “Corruption“.  There’s a feature on The Charlatans and columns from Emily, Devin, Derek and Mr. T.  Devin also pops in with some more fiction.  We also found a small space for a few reviews as well.

If you fancy grabbing a copy please pick one up from the shop here:  https://www.lightsgoout.co.uk/?product=lights-go-out-issue-94

We’ve also reduced all back issues to just 75p each now, so grab a bargain.  I should try the hard sale here and mention how they make great stocking fillers or something…

Issue 95 is almost finished as well, we just need one or two more smaller parts so we can make it happen next year.  Which means we move onto issue 96 – if anyone fancies getting involved, we’d love to hear from ya.  Cheers!

    Issue 93 is here!

Tomorrow we officially launch issue 93 of Lights Go Out!  Yep ninety ruddy three!  That’s crazy!

So I guess you’d like to know what’s inside this new issue wouldn’t you?  Well it’s another cracking issue (we are biased of course).  Featuring chats with Not The Face! and Weird Beard Records. Marv from Gadgie is back with his “Gadgie @ The Flicks” feature and this times talks us through “Dr. Who And The Daleks”.  There’s some columns too, Russell from Lunchtime For The Wild Youth features and there’s a few pieces of fiction by our favourite Canadian, Devin.  Pop in a bundle of music reviews and that’ll be your 93rd issue of the zine!

If you’d like to grab one you can order it now and we’ll get posting this weekend!  You can pick one up from us here: https://www.lightsgoout.co.uk/?product=lights-go-out-issue-93

The final issue of 2021 will follow in December and to be perfectly honest, we’ve pretty much finished the content for this one as well, so that’s really exciting.

    Cheers!
