Here we go again!!! Yep, today we have launched another new issue of the ramshackle punk rock based zine we lovingly call Lights Go Out. Don’t worry this one isn’t one of our silly/themed issues – but a regular(ish) version of the zine.
Featuring chats with: Brassneck Records, Dead Neck, Basic Bitches, The MSGS, Passion Flower & The Woodsman. Marv from Gadgie Zine is of course back with his “Gadgie @ The Flicks” column and this time out we are treated to a classic, “The Empire Strikes Back“. Tim Loud talks Freddy Fudd Pucker, there’s some columns and reviews in there too. A pretty rammed issue as always!
If you fancy grabbing a copy to read, still just a quid after all these years/issues – you can pick a copy up from our shop here: https://www.lightsgoout.co.uk/?product=lights-go-out-issue-81
Issue 82 will be released into the wild in March…
After that, well issues 83, 84 & 85 are all finished. Issues 86 and 87 are almost finished. Issue 88 is maybe 75% finished too. We’ve also started working on issue 89 – cor this lockdown can be quite productive for writing zines eh!
Cheers as ever for supporting Lights Go Out.
